HOTEL LISTING TERMS

TRAVEL AGENCY TERM
All hotels are listed on the ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICES Website FREE OF CHARGE.

A minimum T.A.C. (Travel Agency Commission) equal to 10% of the room tariff/plan will be payable by the hotel on all reservations.

Full Tariff Payment (less the agreed T.A.C.) will be sent to the hotel no later than 28 days in advance, or upon confirmation for reservations within 28 days

WE REQUEST HOTELS TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING GUEST CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellation Fee Retained By Hotel 28-14 days ahead = 15% of Room Tariff.
Cancellation Fee Retained By Hotel 14-7 days ahead = 40% of Room Tariff.
Cancellation Fee Retained By Hotel less than 7 days ahead = 90% of Room Tariff.

We will only arrange advance tariff payments for reservations qualifying for a T.A.C. payment, hotels not making a T.A.C. payment should treat reservations as "Direct".
In these circumstances we are acting only as contact agents on behalf of the guest.
